BUNKO SALAD DRESSING
Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Add oil slowly w/mixer, blender, or wire whip. Chill dressing until ready to apply to salad.
Note: Depending on your taste you can add different things such as green onion in the salad itself, mandarin oranges, Craisins etc.

What you need:
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Diced Green Onions
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2/3 Cup Pacifica Culinaria All Natural Avocado Oil
- 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Cup Cashews
- 1 Apple Peeled and Diced
- 1 Pear Peeled and Diced
- Feta Cheese (or Gorgonzola is good too)
