CHRISTINE’S CARROT CAKE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Combine sugar, Pacifica Blood Orange Avocado Oil, carrots and eggs mixing well. Add dry ingredients, then add nuts. Pour into 10" ungreased pan. Bake for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
Cream all ingredients together. Frost cooled cake.
