GRILLED PIZZA WITH VEGETABLES AND GOAT CHEESE
Prepare barbeque (medium-high heat). Brush grill with Pacifica Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil. Place pizza crust on grill and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes, remove from grill. Brush cooked side of crust with Pacifica Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil; add bell peppers, red and green onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano and crumbled goat cheese. Return to grill, cover and cook until crust is cooked on bottom, about 5 minutes. Remove from grill and drizzle with Pacifica Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil.
