MEDITERRANEAN LEMON PEPPER MARINADE
Combine the lemon juice, hot pepper flakes and salt in a glass bowl and whisk ingredients together. Add the lemon zest, garlic, parsley and herbs. Stir or whisk in the Pacifica Lemon Pepper Avocado Oil.

What you need:
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coarse Salt or to Taste
- 1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 Ccup Coarsely Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1/4 Cup Coarsely Chopped Fresh Basil, Cilantro and Oregano
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
- 1/4 Cup Pacifica Lemon Pepper Avocado Oil
