AVOCADO LAYER DIP
Chill refried beans and then spread evenly on a medium-sized serving platter. Peel the Mayan Pearl avocados and remove the pits. Blend the Mayan Pearl avocados with the Pacifica Culinaria All Natural Avocado Mayonnaise, sour cream and taco seasoning until smooth. Pour over the refried beans. Top with cheddar cheese. Add lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes, green onions, green pepper and black olives. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
