PERFECT COLESLAW
Shred or slice the cabbage and dice the celery. Combine the remaining ingredients to make the dressing. Toss together and keep covered in the fridge.

- 2 Celery Ribs
- 1/4 Cup Pacifica Culinaria All Natural Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. Dark Sweet Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tsp. Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
