WILDBERRY LEMON PORK CHOPS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat chops with the flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat Pacifical Culinaria Plain Avocado Oil and brown the chops on both sides. Arrange chops in a shallow baking dish. Combine sugar, Pacifica Wildberry Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, water and cloves in a sauté pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Place sliced apple on the chops; pour the sauce over the top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
