SAUTÉED ASPARAGUS WITH WILDBERRY LEMON BALSAMIC VINEGAR
Over medium heat, add asparagus and Pacifica Culinaria Plain Avocado Oil to skillet and shake to coat asparagus well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sauté 6 to 8 minutes shaking pan until slightly browned. In a small saucepan gently simmer the Pacifica Wildberry Lemon Balsamic Vinegar until slightly reduced, about 2 minutes. Remove asparagus from skillet and drizzle with the Pacifica Wildberry Lemon Balsamic Vinegar before serving.
