APPETIZER FOR AVOCADO LOVERS
Blend all ingredients together well. Place about 1 or two Tbsp. of mixture into each shell. Garnish each serving with a nasturtium flower or a daylily flower, or pansy flower, or snapdragon flower. Serves four.

- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Walnuts
