MAYAN PEARL AVOCADO ICE CREAM
Peel and seed the avocados. Combine the avocado and milk into a blender and pureé. Pour into a mixing bowl, add the sugar, lemon juice and heavy cream and beat until creamy. Transfer the complete mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
