All recipes must be submitted in English.

You agree to include a valid e-mail address with each submitted recipe. Contacting you would only be necessary if there is a question concerning your submittal.

You agree that the name on your recipe submission may be posted on our website and published in Pacifica Culinaria cooking book and/or marketing collateral.

You agree that Pacifica Culinaria may modify your recipe at any time after it has been posted to our web site or prior to publication in Pacifica Culinaria's marketing collateral.

You agree that Pacifica Culinaria may use your recipe submission royalty-free (without compensation) for posting and publication.

By submitting a recipe to us, you are acknowledging that it is not copyrighted or you have the permission of the copyright owner to send to us for redistribution.

We reserve the right to change ingredients submitted to comparable ingredients offered for sale by Pacifica Culinaria.

We reserve the right to refuse posting or publication of anything submitted to Pacifica Culinaria.
