Lamb with Tangy Mediterranean Onions

1 Tablespoon Pacifica Culinaria Plain Avocado Oil

2 Medium Onions, Sliced

2 Large Garlic Cloves, Chopped

1/2 Cup Chicken Broth

1/2 Cup Dry Red Wine

1/4 Cup Pacifica Pear Pomegranate Champagne Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Firmly Packed Golden Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano, Crumbled

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice



Sauté onions and garlic in Pacifica Culinaria Plain Avocado Oil. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until almost all liquid is absorbed, about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve over roast lamb or grilled lamb chops.
