Ham & Cheese Sliders

If you're feeding a crowd, THIS is your meal. These sliders are flavorful and easy to make. The sauce poured over brings these sandwiches to a whole new level! They won't disappoint.

Ham & Cheese Sliders:

-1 Tbs PC Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil

-1 lb deli ham thinly sliced

-½ lb baby swiss cheese

-½ cup mayonnaise

-2 packages (24 count total) Hawaiian rolls

-½ cup butter

-2 Tbsp prepared mustard

-1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

-1 Tbsp poppy seeds

-⅓ cup brown sugar

  1. Grease a 9x13 pan with Avocado oil. Slice rolls in half (while they're still attached to each other), assemble sandwiches with mayonnaise, ham and cheese and place in pan.

  2. In a medium sauce pan bring to a soft boil: butter, mustard, worcestershire, poppy seeds, and brown sugar.

  3. Pour sauce over sandwiches.

  4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
