We are proud to announce that we have expanded our product line by purchasing Pacifica Culinaria, a premier gourmet food manufacturer specializing in avocado oils for cooking. We currently offer twelve varieties of our flavor infused avocado oils including award-winning Blood Orange as well as Key Lime, Coastal Lemon and savory infusions such as Toasted Onion and Roasted Garlic. We also offer thick and rich balsamic vinegars from Modena, Italy, along with our new line of Olive Oils. Lastly, we offer a unique collection of premium culinary tools specifically for the avocado lover.
Healthier than the commonly used olive oil, this luxurious oil is made from avocados which are naturally cholesterol free, contain heart-healthy mono-unsaturated fats (the "good" fats) and is a rich source of Vitamin E. Avocado oil has one of the highest smoke points at over 500 degrees, which makes it great for sautéing, searing or stir-frying. The infused oils are created by an oil to oil infusion resulting in a healthier flavorful oil choice.
Our main office and warehouses are located in Vista, California. From there we manufacture, market and ship our high-quality collection of specialty gourmet food items to wholesalers, distributors, and retailers nationwide.
