Shipping Policy
Pacifica Culinaria products are shipped direct from our offices in Vista, CA and are shipped via UPS Ground and USPS.
Shipments will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise specified, which can be tracked online. Please call for quotes on expedited shipping.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska; please allow 3 additional days for delivery and expedited fees.

Return Policy
When you choose to purchase one of our products we want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not pleased with your gift or purchase, we will gladly send out a replacement or provide you with a full refund, whichever you prefer. Returns and exchanges to be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged Items
Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing foods reported within 14 days of receiving delivery. Please hold damaged goods for 7 business days as UPS and USPS reserve the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim.
