How to open a wholesale account
Please contact our Wholesale Sales Department at 800-622-8880. We are available Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30pm PST. Please feel free to email wholesale questions or comments to: sales@pacificaculinaria.com
Opening Orders
Three case minimum opening order is required; one case minimum on reorders. Pacifica Culinaria cannot mix or split cases. A copy of your State Resale Certificate and Federal Tax ID number must be included with your opening order.
Shipping
Pacifica Culinaria ships F.O.B. UPS Ground from Vista, CA. Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing items reported within 7 days of receiving delivery. Please hold damaged goods for 3-5 business days as UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim. Pacifica Culinaria does not accept C.O.D. orders.
Cancellation & Changes
No changes or cancellations will be accepted after order has shipped. Back orders are shipped as stock becomes available and are charged (including freight) in full at the time of first shipment. Goods that are refused/bounced when shipped will be charged $15.00 plus the price of shipping for restocking. Refused goods that are re-shipped will be charged double shipping and handling.
Samples & Promotional Material
One sample for each case of like product is available at a reduced cost. Pacifica Culinaria will provide 1 free sample per 4 cases of like product if specified on the purchase order. All samples are marked as "sample". Pacifica Culinaria offers brochures at no charge by request.
Terms
New orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or prepaid check. A customer may apply for Net 30 terms by completing a credit application. Past Due invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. All returned checks due to insufficient funds will be charged a fee. Without notice, Pacifica Culinaria reserves the right to revoke payment terms at any time and reinstate prepaid terms of Visa, Mastercard, American Express or prepaid check.
