Tuscan Herb Halibut Steaks
What you need:
2 Large Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Mayan Pearl Lemon
1 Teaspoon Coarse Salt
2 Tablespoons Pacifica Tuscan Herb Avocado Oil
4 1-Inch-Thick Halibut Steaks (About 3/4 Pound Each)
Squeeze juice from Mayan Pearl Lemon into a small bowl and stir in garlic, salt and Pacifica Tuscan Herb Avocado Oil.
Put halibut in a large dish and pour marinade over it, turning fish to coat.
Marinate halibut, covered and chilled at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.
Grill halibut on medium high heat until just cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side.
